Jo Ann Brown Mullins crossed the threshold of God’s grace into her eternal home on Saturday, October 3, 2026. Born in Hillsboro on December 7, 1950 to Morris Creed and Ruth Ann Brown. Jo Ann grew up in Adams Co. and was in the graduating class of 1968 at Seaman High School.
Jo Ann is survived by her mother, Ruth Ann Brown, her husband of 52 years Arthur Mullins, daughters Alicia Gagnon (Matthew) of Columbus and Daughter Sarah Kaffenbarger (Martin) of Granville and, like a daughter, Angela Hudson (Charlie) of Wellston as well as 7 grandchildren.
Jo Ann was employed at the Ohio Valley Electric Co. for 40 years retiring in 2013 as the Supervisor of IT/Data Processing Department.
Jo Ann’s faith in the Lord Jesus Christ has secured her eternal home in the presence of her Heavenly Father.
Visitation will be Wednesday October 7, from 5-7pm at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver, Ohio with the funeral service by Pastor Rodney Bapst on Thursday, October 8 at 11:00am and internment at Tranquility Cemetery in Adams Co.
