GOOD SUNDAY (the last day of May already!) MORNING FAITH CHRISTIAN CHURCH & FRIENDS!! "I will draw my strength from Jesus, As I lay upon His breast" - Lawson & Quicksilver. Each time we look into the Lord's Bible, each time we come into His presence to worship and praise Him we DO receive strength: TIME FOR CHURCH - Heavenly Father, dear Savior Jesus Christ, we come to You now with a gladness only You can provide, gladness that we can freely worship You as You would have us to. Please illuminate our minds that our hearts may receive Your message, that it may draw us ever closer to Thy perfect will. In Thy name we pray, AMEN!
"Confronting the Wilderness"
*Matthew 4:1; Luke 4:14*
The American Heritage Dictionary lists this as one of the definitions of Wilderness: "Something likened to a wild region in a bewildering vastness, perilousness or unchecked profusion". I think we can agree we've all been in such a place of confusion many a time, any difference being the Born-Again Christian has a personal relationship with Almighty God and His Son the Lord Jesus Christ to give us sense, stability and strength with each confrontation: GOD'S GOT THIS. AMEN!
Christ also found Himself in a wilderness of confrontation, and contention, many times throughout His ministry as *V.1* of our Scripture focus points out. Notice that our Savior didn't stumble into the wilderness but "was led by the Spirit". Why? Because the temptation from 'The Satanic Ifs' *Luke 4:3,7,9* was a necessary part of the preparation Jesus needed for His ministry/mission to come. We can reason, therefore, the Born-Again Christian is also led by the Spirit with each such confrontation we experience and for the same reason: GOD HAS A PLAN. AMEN!
"Why me, Lord?" is a familiar response to hardship, confusion, bewilderment and attacks by the Tempter - Wilderness Walking - as a part of the frailty of human nature but an even greater response for the Redeemed nature is to rely on the fact Almighty God's individual plan for each of us is one of success, conquering and profound reward. Come what may, we can take it because the Holy Spirit is within us *I John 4:4* just as it was within Christ. AMEN
Once redeemed through Christ's salvation, His blood brings strength and a blessed assurance that helps us overcome the confrontational wildernesses of this world. It's a shame those without Christ in their hearts can't attest to this truth especially when they see the promised result they're missing out on that *V.14* of our Scripture focus declares: "And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit". That same power infuses itself in us too every time we step into the wilderness because we are "Joint heirs with Jesus as we travel this sod, for I'm part of the family, the family of God" - Wm. J. Gaither. If the Spirit leads you into the wilderness, It'll lead you out of it. AMEN
"'Tis the grandest theme thro' the ages rung; 'Tis the grandest theme for a mortal tongue; 'Tis the grandest theme that the world e'er sung, 'Our God is able to deliver thee'" - W.A. Ogden.
The power of the Holy Spirit comes with that step of faith called salvation upon asking for forgiveness of sins and accepting Christ as your personal Savior. You will find more power than you ever dreamed, making the wilderness so much easier to confront...and conquer.
And you can learn all about that and more with us each Sunday morning, 9:30, at Faith Christian Church in Beaver, Ohio where that very Holy Spirit always reigns and rules; all are so very welcome.
Until then, may the power from the nail-scarred hand of the Savior who did indeed conquer the wilderness for you lead you through this new month of June, helping you all to "Stay safe! Stay strong...and PEACHY! Stay the course!" Love and Prayers, Pastor Brian.

GOOD WEDNESDAY MORNING FAITH CHRISTIAN CHURCH & FRIENDS!! "Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, Let the earth hear His voice! Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, Let the people rejoice!" - Crosby and Doane. Our Heaven-sent inspiration gives the desire to
"Come, Sound His Praise Abroad"
(by Issac Wats; arr. from Ralph Harrison by Samuel S. Wesley)
*Deuteronomy 31:6*
Verse 1 > Come, sound His praise abroad And hymns of glory sing: Jehovah is the sovereign God, The universal King. *I Thessalonians 1:8*
Verse 2 > He formed the deeps unknown; He gave the seas their bound; the watery worlds are all His own, And all solid ground. *Psalm 95:5*
Verse 3 > Come, worship at His throne; Come, bow before the Lord: We are His works and not our own; He formed us by His word. *Psalm 99:5*
Verse 4 > Today attend His voice, Nor dare provoke His rod; Come, like the people of His choice, And own your gracious God. *I Corinthians 7:35* AMEN!
In his encouragement to the people of Israel, and especially to Joshua who would soon succeed to the leadership *Deuteronomy 34:9*, Moses assured them all of the same 'Divine Presence' and 'Divine Constancy' he was blessed with while leading Israel to the Promised Land, assurance the Lord God Almighty kept trying to bless all the people with. Since Moses couldn't enter Canaan *Numbers 20:7-12*, this assurance was very necessary indeed. AMEN!
Our Hymn could very well have been sung by Israel as a victorious Battle Cry declaring their triumphal journey's end when crossing the Jordan River. Each Verse is a testimony to the Lord, a song of thanks and gladness for guiding them and staying with them, in spite of all the past chaos, to "the land which the Lord hath sworn unto their fathers to give them" *Deuteronomy 31:7* and attested to by the Son of God Himself *John 14:1-4*. Aren'tcha glad all it takes today is one simple, heart-felt step of faith *Acts 2:21*? PRAISE THE LORD! AMEN!
"When we all get to Heaven, What a day of rejoicing that will be! When we all see Jesus, We'll sing and SHOUT the victory" - Hewitt and Wilson.
Oh, the singing and praising you will enjoy when you come worship with us every Sunday morning, 9:30, at Faith Christian Church in Beaver, Ohio! And rightfully so because He is here, HALLELUJAH! He is here, AMEN! Do come, all are so very welcome.
May the nail-scarred hand of the Savior Himself lead and guide you the rest of this week and all the weeks to come. Rest assured, Jesus Christ WILL help one and all to "Stay safe! Stay strong...and PEACHY! Stay the course!" Love and Prayers, Pastor Brian.

GOOD SUNDAY MORNING FAITH CHRISTIAN CHURCH & FRIENDS!! "So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another" *Romans 12:5*. And that's what makes us a Family of God, here now to worship and revel in the presence of our Lord and Savior: TIME FOR CHURCH! Heavenly Father, so glad we are to be with You now to worship, praise and adore Thee and Thy Son our Savior Jesus Christ. Illuminate, we pray that we may receive Your message and be drawn ever closer to Thy perfect will. In Thy name we pray, AMEN!
"The Seven Churches"
EPHESUS
*Revelation 2:1-7*
Ephesus was the capital of Asia Minor (present-day Turkey), a center of land and sea trade and along with Alexander in Egypt and Antioch in Syria, one of the three most influential cities in the eastern part of the Roman Empire. The Temple of Diana, one of the Ancient Wonders of the World, was located in this city, and a major industry was the manufacture of idols of this goddess *Acts 19:21-41*. AMEN!
Ephesus was known as 'The Active Church, Sound in Doctrine but Deficient in Love' (Living Bible). Over a long period of time, the church at Ephesus had refused to tolerate sin among its members. This was not easy for a church in a region noted for immoral sexual practices associated with the worship of the goddess Diana. Because the Ephesian Christians had failed to love Almighty God above all else, they were under His condemnation as stated in *V.4* of our Scripture focus - Divine Reproof. AMEN!
It is popular to be open-minded toward many types of sin, calling them "personal choices" or "alternative lifestyles" (political correctness). But when the Body of Believers begin to tolerate sin in the church, the standards are lowered and the church's witness (Biblical Obedience) is compromised. Almighty God's approval is infinitely more important than the world's *V.5* - Backsliding. Case in point - *V.6*: the Nicolaitans were believers who compromised their faith in order to enjoy some of the sinful practices of Ephesian society. They falsely called themselves Apostles *V.2*; the name may have come from the Hebrew word for "Balaamites". AMEN!
Ephesus had become a large, proud church and had to be reminded Jesus Christ alone is the Head of the Body of Believers *Acts 5:29*. To have the "candlestick" removed by Jesus Christ from its place among the churches means to cease (1) to be an effective church or (2) to be a church at all. Praise the Lord Jesus Christ He did not give up on Ephesus (nor does He give up on us today!) but provided instead the means to escape the inevitable results of condemnation *V.7* - Forgiveness Upon Redemption. AMEN!
It is time Christ's TRUE Churches pray earnestly, sincerely and without ceasing for ALL of the TRUE Body of Christ but also for the false so-called churches suffering the deception of Satan, that they may return to their first love. AMEN!
This is the day before Memorial Day. It MUST be made known Christ's TRUE Churches - The Body of Christ - are the only TRUE Memorials to Him and that means 1) letting the world know His TRUTH by our example and 2) reminding the world there are way too many false churches which are NOT memorials to anything remotely related to the Gospel of Almighty God and Jesus Christ and Their Goodness, Fulness, and Truth. AMEN!
"Till, with the vision glorious, Her longing eyes are blest, And the great Church victorious Shall be the Church at rest" - Stone and Wesley.
Come now, join our worship every Sunday morning, 9:30, at Faith Christian Church in Beaver, Ohio where the Holy Spirit reigns and rules. Here you WILL hear, see and feel the TRUTH of the Lord from His own Bible; all are so very welcome.
May the Lord Jesus Christ, with His nail-scarred hand, lead, guide and direct your way, always helping you to "Stay safe! Stay strong...and PEACHY! Stay the course!" Love and Prayers, Pastor Brian.

GOOD WEDNESDAY MORNING FAITH CHRISTIAN CHURCH & FRIENDS!! "Redeemed - how I love to proclaim it! Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb" - continued. What awesome joy I've had
"Since I Have Been Redeemed"
(by Edwin O. Excell)
*Galatians 2:20*
Verse 1 > I have a song I love to sing, Since I have been redeemed, Of my Redeemer, Saviour, King, Since I have been redeemed. *Psalm 32:7*
Verse 2 > I have a Christ that satisfies, Since I have been redeemed; To do His will my highest prize, Since I have been redeemed. *Psalm 107:9*
Verse 3 > I have a witness bright and clear, Since I have been redeemed, Dispelling every doubt and fear, Since I have been redeemed. *Mark 11:22*
Verse 4 > I have a home prepared for me, Since I have been redeemed, Where I shall dwell eternally, Since I have been redeemed. *Revelation 21:3*
Chorus > Since I have been redeemed, Since I have been redeemed, I will glory in His name; Since I have been redeemed, I will glory in His name. *Romans 8:30* AMEN!
When zeroed in on "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live" of our Scripture focus the unlearned - unsaved - won't understand that does NOT mean we had/have to suffer death on the cross. NO! Jesus Christ did that for us and we thereby reap the eternal benefits when we are redeemed by His blood which IS what our Scripture focus means. AMEN!
While on the cross, each member of humankind was on Christ's mind because His body was bearing the weight of the sins of ALL of humankind then and even unto this very day. Our, the Redeemed, understanding of that proves we ARE the Redeemed, declaring "I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me" - emphasis on "live". 'Bout time to join the Redeemed, yeah? C'mon, there's ALWAYS room at the Cross of Christ for one (actually MULTITUDES) more...oh, how Heaven WILL rejoice! AMEN!
"Redeemed thro' His infinite mercy, His child and forever, I am" - Crosby and Kirkpatrick.
The Lord Jesus Christ is still in the redeeming business, and you can find out all about that business every Sunday morning, 9:30, at Faith Christian Church in Beaver, Ohio. Yes, there IS always room for one more, welcomed, and all the better. C'mon!
Until that time, take hold of your Savior's nail-scarred hand and He will keep by your side all the days of your life, seeing to it that you "Stay safe! Stay strong...and PEACHY! Stay the course!" Love and Prayers, Pastor Brian.

GOOD SUNDAY MORNING FAITH CHRISTIAN CHURCH & FRIENDS!! "He leadeth me, O blessed tho't! O words with Heavenly comfort fraught!" - continued. Heavenly comfort is ours for the taking so let's seek the Comforter together - TIME FOR CHRUCH!
Dear Savior Jesus, Lord God Almighty we join hearts and voices together this morning to honor, praise and glorify Thee, thanking You for so many blessings. Come, we pray and illuminate for us the message from You that we may see, and draw ever closer to, Thy perfect will. This we ask in Thy name, AMEN!
"It All Begins"
*Matthew 4:12-17* *Luke 4:14-21*
We all have had starting points in our lives that mark the various onsets of the journeys we've taken. The journeys yet to come will begin with a starting point as well. Jesus Christ too had to have a starting point for His earthly ministry, our Scripture focus of both *Matthew* and *Luke* point toward Galilee, the region by the sea of the same name being where it all began. His message was always focused on the same thing - "Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand" *Matthew 4:14* AMEN!
But just as certain events had to take place before our reaching the starting point(s) of our journey(s), so it was with Christ as well. Our Savior clothed Himself with human nature to accomplish the salvation of humankind. Only when He was equipped with baptism in Almighty God's name *Matthew 3* and *Luke 4* and seasoned by the ordeal of temptation *Matthew 4* and *Luke 4* was Jesus ready for His life's ministry. No word of teaching and no work of power is attributed to Jesus prior to those two events, but immediately thereafter He began moving "in the power of the Spirit" *Luke 4:14* to undertake the work the Father had given Him to do. AMEN!
From Tyre and Sidon to Caesarea-Philippi to the Gentile cities of Decapolis (10 Cities, i.e. Gadara) to Samaria to Perea, Jesus spread the news we now know as the Plan of Salvation; His journey also taking Him home to Nazareth and several times into "enemy territory" - Jerusalem. Base on the Passovers Jesus observed, this took 2 to 4 years, and culminated at Calvary where our Savior conquered that enemy territory as well as what we face today by winning the greatest victory in the History of...well, everything. AMEN!
You know when you think about it, our earthly journeys take us into places quite like those of Jesus' journey: Familiar Territory, Home, Unfamiliar Territory and even Enemy territory. Just as our Savior had His Heavenly Father watching over Christ's travels, we have the SAME Heavenly Father watching over ours, but we also have the additional security of the Lord Jseus Christ Himself by our side every step of the way IF we know Them both and ask for Their presence in our hearts. AMEN!
Our various starting points, after our baptism and trial by temptation, are too numerous to detail here BUT I can identify the locality wherein lies the culmination of our travels: for the redeemed, the Saved, the Born-Again Christian, read *Revelation 21:1-7, 9-26; 22:1-5* For the "none of the above", read *Revelation 21:8,27; 22:15*. Starting point and place of culmination are both our choices...best choose wisely, yeah? AMEN!
"Whate'er I do, where'er I be, Still 'tis God's hand that leadeth me" - Gilmore and Bradbury.
The Lord God Almighty leads us with the nail-scarred hand of His Son Jesus Christ, a hand of comfort, strength and care which you can learn all about, and actually feel, every Sunday morning, 9:30, at Faith Christian Church in Beaver, Ohio where the Holy Spirit reigns and rules. Do join our worship and see, hear, feel for yourself; all are so very welcome. Until then, may that same King of Kings and Lord of Lords help you all to "Stay safe! Stay strong...and PEACHY! Stay the course!" Love and prayers, Pastor Brian.

GOOD WEDNESDAY MORNING FAITH CHRISTIAN CHURCH & FRIENDS!! "I've a mansion just over the hilltop, In that bright land where we'll never grow old..." - continued. A reward awaiting, yeah?
"Don't It Make You Want To Go Home?"
(by Joe South, with The Believers)
*John 14:2-3*
Chorus > Don't it make you want to go home now? Don't it make you want to go home? All God's children get weary when they roam, Don't it make you want to go home? Don't it make you want to go home? *II Peter 3:13*
Verse 1 > Oh, the whippoorwill roosts on the telephone pole And the Georgia sun goes down; Well, it's been a long, long time But I'm glad to say that I am Goin' back to my hometown. Goin' down to the Greyhound station, Gonna buy me a one-way fare; And if the good Lord's willin' and the creeks don't rise, By tomorrow I'm gonna be there. *Philippians 2:13*
Chorus
Verse 2 > But there's a six-lane highway down by the creek Where I went skinny-dippin' as a child; And a drive-in show where the meadows used to grow And the strawberries used to grow wild. There's a dragstrip down by the riverside Where my grandma's cow used to graze; Now the grass don't grow and the river don't flow Like it did in my childhood days. *Ecclesiastes 11:9*
Chorus
AMEN!
There is much to learn from our Scripture focus, yeah? When Christ said, "I will come again, and receive you unto myself" *V.3*, He was telling us of the 'Rewards at Advent', the 'Heavenly Citizenship' that is awaiting us, provided by 'Divine Preparation' *V.2*. WHOA! kinda sorta makes "You Want To Go Home', AMEN?
PRAISE GOD! THANK YOU, JESUS!
"And some day yonder We will never more wander, But walk on streets that are of purest gold" - Ira Stanphill.
There is still living to be done while in this earthly burden, but there certainly isn't anything wrong with looking forward to what the Lord has prepared for the Redeemed when this earthly burden is over. A Born-again Christian is in his/her right mind when we think of Joe South's song...we become one with The Believers!
This song's message is always included in every Sunday morning service, 9:30, at Faith Christian Church in Beaver, Ohio, led, guided, and directed by the Holy Spirit. All are so very welcome to join us.
Now, you grab hold of that outstretched nail-scarred hand of the Lord Jesus Christ as you continue this earthly burden and He WILL help make you to "Stay safe! Strong...and PEACHY! Stay the course!" Love and Prayers, Pastor Brian.

GOOD SUNDAY MORNING FAITH CHRISTIAN CHURCH & FRIENDS...HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!! "The church's one foundation Is Jesus Christ her Lord; She is His new creation By Spirit and the Word" - continued. The Lord's Spirit and His Word are what our worship is always all about today, and that means it's TIME FOR CHURCH: Dear Heavenly Father, dear Lord Jesus we come into Your presence with hearts made glad by all the many blessings and answered prayers down through our relationship with You. Do come now, we pray and bless our lifting voices to praise, honor and glorify Thee. Illuminate Your Word that we may receive that which will draw us ever closer to Thy perfect will. This we ask in Thy name, AMEN!
"The Seven Churches"
(Introduction)
*Revelation 1:10-11,20*
'The Seven Churches' were located on a major Roman road making each one a multi-purpose hub -> crossroads for a variety of human interaction and the focal points from which all other Christian churches radiated *Vs. 10-11*. "...the angels of the seven churches" *V.20* some consider to be guardian angels while others consider them to be elders - leaders - of the churches. Because Christ's letters to each church contains reprimands, "Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee" *2:4*, it is doubtful they are actual angels but rather human leaders (reference the Living Bible). Whoever they are, they are accountable to Almighty God for the churches they lead in His name, just as we are today. That in mind, it's a good thing all seven letters also include the opportunity to receive forgiveness: "..to him that overcometh..."*2:7*. AMEN!
It is thought the Seven Churches of Asia were experiencing the persecution of Emperor Domitian (AD 90-95), the impact of which may be at least one reason Almighty God wanted *Revelation* written for His Bible: a *Revelation* of hope but also one of warning. The Lord will surely return to vindicate the righteous and judge the wicked but He is also calling on His "Body - The One True Church" - to commit itself to live in righteousness; things are not as they should be in Christ's churches and definitely NOT in those of false teaching and deception. AMEN!
After Christ's 'Letters To The Churches' *Revelation 1:1-3:22*, our never-give-up Savior presents His 'Message For The Church' (note the singular) *Revelation 4:1-22:21*, a reassuring message that good WILL triumph over evil, providing hope in difficult times and direction when we waver in our faith. Christ's message is one of hope FOR ALL BELIEVERS IN EVERY GENERATION - "Occupy till I come" *Luke 19:13*. And by doing so a church's candlestick is guaranteed to remain in its place *V.20*. For the NON-BELIEVERS IN EVERY GENERATION, "...there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth" *Matthew 8:12*. Time to get to work, yeah? AMEN!
"From Heaven He came and sought her To be His holy bride; With His own blood He bought her, And for her life He died" - Stone and Wesley.
Faith Christian Church, "the little church under the water tower", in Beaver, Ohio is one such church and our Sunday morning, 9:30, worship service is open to all who want to see, hear, and feel the presence of Almighty God and His Son the Lord Jesus Christ in Their Fulness and Truth. Do come; you are so very welcome.
Until then, may the nail-scarred hand of the Savior lead, guide, and direct your way by helping one and all to "Stay safe! Stay strong...and PEACHY! Stay the course!" Love and Prayers, Pastor Brian. And moms, have a very HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! Bless you.

05/06/2026

GOOD WEDNESDAY MORNING FAITH CHRISTIAN CHURCH & FRIENDS!! "And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men" *Matthew 4:19*. How awesome to hear the Lord say
"Follow Me"
(by Ira F. Stanphill)
*Hosea 6:3*
Verse 1 > I traveled down a lonely road And no one seemed to care, The burden on my weary back Had bowed me to despair, I often complained to Jesus How folks were treating me, And then I heard Him say so tenderly, "My feet were also weary Upon the Calv'ry road; The cross became so heavy, I fell beneath the load, Be faithful weary pilgrim The morning I can see, Just lift your cross and follow close to me." *I Peter 2:21*
Verse 2 > "I work so hard for Jesus" I often boast and say, "I've sacrificed a lot of things To walk the narrow way, I gave up fame and fortune; I'm worth a lot to Thee", And then I hear Him gently say to me, "I left my throne of glory And counted it but loss, My hands were nailed in anger Upon a cruel cross, But now we'll make the journey With your hand safe in mine, So lift your cross and follow close to me." *John 12:26*
Verse 3 > Oh, Jesus if I die upon A foreign land someday, 'Twould be no more than love demands No less could I repay, "No greater love hath mortal man Than for a friend to die" These words He gently spoke to me, "If just a cup of water I place within your hand Then just a cup of water Is all that I demand, But if by death to living They can thy glory see, I'll take my cross and follow close to thee." *Hebrews 6:12* AMEN!
Almighty God instructed Hosea to entreat us to "return to the Lord" *6:1* and thereby promises "we shall live in his sight" *6:2*. (didja see when *V.2* says this happens? Interesting, yeah?) And now our Scripture focus assures us of 'Spiritual Knowledge' coming at a 'Spiritual Dawn' by 'God's Grace' "if we follow to know the Lord". Hmmm....feel like following the Lord Jesus Christ yet? AMEN!
"Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children" *Ephesians 5:1*.
Too many people lose out when they declare it's too hard to follow Jesus, to be a Born-Again Christian; the Bible of Almighty God, our Heavenly Father says otherwise. It's His Words from that very Bible that you'll hear when you join our worship of the Lord every Sunday morning, 9:30, at Faith Christian Church in Beaver, Ohio. Come on along and have a fine time in the Lord with us; all are so very welcome.
Until then, let the nail-scarred hand of Jesus Christ help you all to "Stay safe! Stay strong...and PEACHY! Stay the course!" Love and Prayers, Pastor Brian.

05/03/2026

GOOD SUNDAY MORNING FAITH CHRISTIAN CHURCH & FRIENDS...WELCOME TO THE MONTH OF MAY!! "I can see clearly now, the rain is gone; I can see all obstacles in my way" - cont. Praise Almighty God there is nothing in our way that prevents our free worship of the Great I AM - TIME FOR CHURCH! Heavenly Father, what a privilege it is to come into Your presence to receive Your message in its Fulness and Truth. Come dear Jesus and illuminate our way that we may see clearly, understand completely and know fully all that will draw us ever closer to Thy perfect will. This we ask in Thy name, AMEN! To do this, we must beware the
"Too Many Mind and Not Enough Focus"
*Matthew 6:19-21,33*
When a person admits, "Man, I musta missed that one" and is chided with, "Well, it was as plain as the nose on your face" it could be that person suffers from "Too Many Mind" which means the inability to focus on the most important thing. I reckon that's kinda ok except when the most important thing that's out of focus way out-weighs the too many things crowding it out. AMEN!
'Investments - Accumulation - Security' (my Bible's identifiers for our Scripture focus) sort of sounds like stock advice from a financial consultant. But when you insert 'Heavenly' and 'Spiritual' as my Bible does, the promised 'Security' is of an eternal nature and the accompanying wealth becomes 'Spiritual Riches' of Almighty God's 'Spiritual Treasure'. AMEN!
Our Scripture focus is good 'Investment' advice but can only be successful when we put 'God's Claims First' *V.33* and that requires a focus of Biblical proportions *Vs.19-21*. It should come as no surprise, therefore, that the Scripture of every Wednesday Hymn message and that of every Sunday message is always presented as a Focus. For the Lord to get His messages across we must focus on what He is pointing us toward in His wonderful way and that takes clearing out the "Too Many Mind" occupying our thoughts that are not part of His message, not part of His plan, not part of His will. AMEN!
Today's Scripture brings into focus the nearness of Heaven, Christ's return, and the urgency to be prepared *V.19*. Earthly things are good to have IF they don't crowd out the Lord's advice (warning?) to "lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven" *V.20*. Why? Because "There will your heart be also" *V.21*, safe and secure, a 'Holy Ambition' of 'Spiritual Mind' *Colossians 3:1-2* which is the most inportant Focus of all. AMEN!
"Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind, It's gonna be a bright, bright sunshining day" - Johnny Nash.
May has begun, another month is passed and a new one has started. Let the Lord God Almighty make the way clear for your safely getting through to June by letting Him move out the "Too Many Mind" that clouds His Focus. You can accomplish that every Sunday morning, 9:30, at Faith Christian Church in Beaver, Ohio where we declare "He Is here, HALLELUJAH! He is here, AMEN! It is true; all are so very welcome.
Until then, take the nail-scarred hand of you Savior Jesus Christ and let Him help you to "Stay safe! Stay strong...and PEACHY! Stay the course!" Love and Prayers, Pastor Brian.

04/29/2026

GOOD WEDNESDAY MORNING FAITH CHRISTIAN CHURCH & FRIENDS!! "For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ" *Colossians 2:5*. Our Savior's steadfastness:
"Someone To Care"
(by Jimmy Davis)
*Hebrews 4:15*
Verse 1 > When the world seems cold and your friends seem few, There is someone who cares for you; When you've tears in your eyes, your heart bleeds inside, There is someone who cares for you. *Philippians 2:20*
Verse 2 > When your disappointments come and you feel so blue, There is someone who cares for you; When you need a friend, a friend till the end, There is someone who's a friend to you. *Hebrews 3:14*
Chorus > Someone to care, Someone to share all your troubles like no other can do; He'll come down from the skies and brush the tears from your eyes, You're His child and He cares for you. *I Peter 5:7* AMEN!
"And he said, Where have ye laid him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see. Jesus wept. Then said the Jews, Behold how he loved him" *John 11:14-16*. Jew and Gentile alike, then and now, Jesus loves us and feels deeply for us, AMEN!
Jesus cried at Lazarus' death as He does now at ours in turn but notice what came next: "...he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth..." *Vs.43-44*. Sorrow was turned to joy of, well, Biblical proportions because heeding the call of the Savior means that who hears and heeds is Redeemed, saved, and comes unto the presence of the Lord. That call the Redeemed will hear as our Savior returns to claim His own, past and present. AMEN!
'Christ's Compassion' and 'Divine Sympathy' are explained in and by our Scripture focus and are sure things because our Savior knows and understands. The question asked is will you hear His call and respond as Lazarus did? AMEN!
"For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us" *II Corinthians 1:20*.
Too often, usually too late, we learn how this old world does NOT care in the way we need it to. However, the personal relationship with Almighty God through His Son Jesus Christ has NEVER fallen short of the care and love we all desperately need. Come and join our worship every Sunday morning, 9:30, at Faith Christian Church in Beaver, Ohio and you'll truly come to know that awesome care and love that never fails; all are so very welcome.
April is drawing to a close and May draws near. Take hold of the Savior's nail-scarred hand and He will make sure of your walk through May by helping you to "Stay safe! Stay strong...and PEACHY! Stay the course!" Love and Prayers, Pastor Brian.
