Hey Couples Connection!!
Some questions regarding upcoming summer events:
-Is June 17 or 18 too close for majority to make the canoe trip? If so, we may have to push into July.
-If childcare is not provided by the church, will that prevent you from participating in activities?

Heyyyyyy y'all!!!

It has been WAY. TOO. LONG. We are about to make up a whole year's worth of parties this Christmas 😜🎄🎉

Couple kickers: 1. Child care will be on your own this year. (Thanks event that shall not be named 🙄)
2. I would like to do a progressive dinner type thing (with fun games at each stop) so I would need 2-3 more houses to volunteer to host if possible.

Let me know if you would be able to do this and we'll get to planning! 🙌

Hey peeps!
I finally got some more answers as how to best go about collecting the Comeback Coolers!
Here's the best ways to keep them organized and getting the donations to the proper place:

*you and/or your family can buy/donate a cooler, fill it with supplies needed (mostly drinks, non-perishable snacks, baby wipes, toiletries and gift cards) and cover it with inspirational messages
*donate empty coolers to be filled
*donate supplies to be added to coolers
*monetary donations are also appreciated and will be used for the above supplies

Ways to get donations to me:
*drop the coolers at my house (pm for address)
*meet up at a central location

I will need to have all supplies NO LATER than Monday Aug 31 by 5p.m. so the team can be on the road the next morning! Every little bit helps so no amount or item is too small!!

Couples!! Here's an excellent give back opportunity for our ministry and a way to get the whole family involved.
“Comeback Coolers”

From my friend: Friends and family!! As you know Comeback Coolers is near and dear to my heart. We are looking at a trip next week to the areas hardest hit. Please gather your hard side coolers, new or old and start writing inspirational messages on them. We can take them at Lollipop Stop or Moore’s mini storage. Items needed for the coolers are: sodas, baby wipes, any sports drinks, water etc. we will also need volunteers for the mission to represent Texas! Please get with me if you can help in any way. We were spared so let’s show our neighbors some support!!

I can keep coolers and donations at my house until the team takes them on Monday. If you are donating new or gently used clothes, please label them in a box/bag with sizes and gender!
If we start getting an influx of supplies and coolers, we made need some volunteers to sort and pack items.
