Victory to Victory Church Family and Friends:
Pray that you and your family continue to be blessed beyond measure. Remain focused and know that your soul is connected to that which is behind the veil. That is the very thing that anchors you and holds you in position during turbulent times. We look forward to seeing you this Sunday morning.
Continue to pray for the leaders of our State and our Nation. Our God is still in control and has the power to turn the hearts of Kings and Leaders to align with His word! Prayer encourages God to turn stoney hearts into hearts of flesh... Turn the face of fathers back to sons, mothers back to daughters and man is driven to show compassion toward mankind. But never forget, God is always focused on the end result... Not necessarily the process. I read where He hardened Pharaoh's heart to allow His word to manifest. Know that constant, effective prayer creates the atmosphere for God's word to manifest on your behalf, while at the same time, others are blessed in the process. I believe that... as a result of prayer, the desires of the righteous are manifesting behind the scene... RIGHT NOW! There are things being put in position and happening behind the scene for you and your family! In the midst of the storm... He is your very present help!
In 2nd Kings Chapter 6, beginning at verse #11... The king of Syria's heart was hardened against Elisha to the point that he seeked Elisha to wage war against him. The spies informed the king of Syria that Elisha was in Dothan, a small city on a mountain top. The servant of Elisha (Gehazi) rose early in the morning and saw a great army of soldiers, chariots and horses surrounding the city. The servant was ready to give up and surrender, but the prayer warrior calmly stated: Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them... Verse # 17... And Elisha prayed, and said Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man (Gehazi); and he saw: and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.
Yes you will be confronted with confusion and disappointment... at times, it will appear that the enemy has the upper hand... But it is true that The Lord will never leave you nor forsake you... When you are on the right side of the Word, it brings comfort regardless of the situation.
Psalms 145: 17 - 20... The Lord is righteous in all His ways, and holy in all His works. 18th The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon Him, to all that call upon Him in truth. 19th He will fulfil the desire of them that fear Him: He also will hear their cry, and will save them. 20th The Lord preserveth all them that love Him: but all the wicked will He destroy.
