This Sunday is Trinity Sunday, and at Trinity United Methodist Church we will ask a question rooted in both our name and our calling: "Why would a church name itself Trinity?" Using Psalm 8 and Matthew 28:16–20, we will reflect on what it means to be a people who honor the dignity of every person, follow the risen Christ into mission, and live in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Join us for worship at 10:30 a.m. as we celebrate the God whose love sends us into the world.

Beginning June 7, youth in grades 6–12 are invited to join us on Sunday mornings for Sunday Morning Share. Fellowship begins at 9:00 a.m., followed by a short, video-based lesson and discussion. Afterward, students will have the opportunity to serve during the 10:30 a.m. worship service, helping them put faith into action as part of the life of the church. This Sunday is Pentecost Sunday, the day we celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit and the birth of the church. We are grateful to welcome Rev. Kyle Trembly as our guest preacher in worship at 10:30 am. Kyle serves as the pastor/director of the Wesley Foundation at Lamar University, helping college students grow in faith, community, and service. Join us as we give thanks for the Spirit who continues to breathe life into the church and send us into the world as witnesses of God’s love.

Join us for Confirmation Sunday on May 17 at Trinity United Methodist Church as we celebrate and pray for those being confirmed in their faith. This will be a meaningful morning in the life of our church as we give thanks for God’s work in these students and affirm them in their journey of discipleship. We hope you will be present for this special day of worship and celebration.

Last Sunday we celebrated the amazing moms of Trinity during our Children's Sermon! 🌸💛
The kids shared the most precious "WOWs" about their mothers , from cooking delicious meals, to taking them to school, helping with everything, and most importantly, loving their families with their whole hearts.

It was a beautiful reminder of just how much moms do for us every single day!
We also took a moment to reflect on how we can show our appreciation. Making the bed, doing chores, washing dishes (okay, maybe not ironing just yet! 😄) and how loving and serving others reflects the love Jesus showed us.

We are so thankful for all the wonderful moms at Trinity and for the example of love and sacrifice they show each and every day. 🙏❤️

Happy Mother's Day to all our Trinity moms you are truly a WOW!
