Asociación Internacional Juan 3:16 A.C. AIJ316 was founded by Lawrence and Lorraine Register in 1990. He moved his family to Monclova in 1989. He has been in the ministry for 44 years.

Lawrence Register is the Administrator of Affairs and Bible teacher over the entire John 3:16 ministry, a former graduate of Ozark Bible Institute in Neosho, MO and was a pastor in various churches for over 18 years before receiving his call to the mission field. The ministry is a legal nonprofit association in Monclova, Coahuila, Mexico.
