Faith isn't hope that something might happen.

It's a deed to something that already belongs to you.

A title deed doesn't wait for the house to be finished before it's legal. It doesn't require you to see the thing before it's yours. It's the proof of ownership before possession. That's Hebrews 11:1. That's faith.

Stand on the Word. Speak what God spoke. Persevere through the wait. Act on what you believe.

The promise is already signed. You're just walking into what's already yours.

Hebrews 11:6 // "Without faith it is impossible to please God."

Hold the deed. Don't let go.

This past Sunday, Pastor Travis closed out the Unhindered series with a powerful message titled “Filled Again” 🔥

📖 Acts 2:28
📖 Acts 4:23-31

1️⃣ Community — v. 23-24
We were reminded that we were never meant to do life alone. God designed us for community—to pray together, encourage one another, and grow together in faith.

2️⃣ Scripture — v. 24-28
The early church stood firmly on the Word of God even in the middle of opposition.
📖 Psalm 2:1-2

3️⃣ Prayer — v. 29-30
Instead of praying for comfort, they prayed for boldness and strength to continue the mission God had called them to.

“Don’t pray for a comfortable journey, pray for boldness and strength.” 🙏

4️⃣ Refilled & Preaching — v. 31
As they prayed, they were filled again with the Holy Spirit and continued speaking the Word of God boldly. 🔥

Conclusion:
➡️ Never been filled?
➡️ Need a refreshing?
➡️ Need boldness?

God is still filling people today.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the courageous men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

This Memorial Day, may we never forget the cost of liberty and the families who carry that sacrifice every day.

We pray God’s comfort, peace, and blessing over our nation and over every Gold Star family.

“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” — John 15:13

The Setting is Intentional (v.1-5)
Faithfulness in the ordinary creates the conditions for the extraordinary.

The Declaration of What They Had (V. 6)
The generosity of the early church was the overflow of a community living in the awe of God's presence.

The Miracle was Restorational (V 7-10)
The church that eats together with joy is the church that has not forgotten what was paid for its seat at the table.

There is no Other Name (4:8-12)
The courage of Peter before the Sanhedrin was not stored up from Pentecost. It was poured out fresh in the council chamber.

The exclusivity of the Name is not a claim to be defended — it is a reality to be demonstrated.

Hey church family! Just a quick update for this week:

There will be no Adult Midweek Bible Study, but BFAKids and BFASM are still meeting as usual, and we can’t wait to see all of our kids and students!

Parents, make plans to bring your children and students out for a great night of fun, friendship, and growing in God’s Word together. It’s going to be an awesome evening!

We love our BFA families and look forward to seeing everyone there!
