Good afternoon everyone. This Sunday my dear friend Tom Shepherd and perhaps his son Kyle will be with us to provide the music. Tom and his family have been with us once in my absence, and they are all quality musicians and anointed servants of the Lord.

My sermon Sunday morning will come from Genesis 1:1 and we will talk about the authority Christ has, not only in our lives, but also on the earth. You will not want to miss it.

I am pleased to announce that Jordan Wright, an Assemblies of God missionary, who grew up here in Bearden and attended First Assembly in Bearden, along with his parents, will be with us tomorrow night at 5 o’clock at White Oak Assembly of God. Please come expecting great things, as we support this fine young man in his calling to win the lost for Christ.

Good Friday evening to everyone. I just wanted to remind you that Eli Hall and his lovely wife will be with us for the Sunday morning and Sunday night service this weekend. From all I have gathered brother Eli is a dynamic Pentecostal, preacher, and you will not want to miss his ministry.

The following Sunday, I’m asking everybody who is connected to White Oak, Assembly of God, to be in service that Sunday morning. I have a special message of deliverance that the Lord has burned into my heart, that I want to deliver that morning and I want all of you to be there. Bring a friend so they too can be blessed by this service.

Good morning everyone. I want to start out by saying thank you to all of those of you who have been praying for me this week, due to the spike in my blood pressure, which is not where it needs to be, but it is much better than it has been. They have changed my medication and that has been helpful.

So, I will be there this Sunday ready to bring the word Sunday morning and Sunday night. We have made a couple of changes and one of them is that we will begin our Sunday School hour at 10 o’clock as opposed to 9:45. Come and be apart and watch the new changes as they take place.

Good afternoon everyone. I hope all of you are staying safe and dry on this cool rainy Saturday afternoon. I also hope all of you had a wonderful time at Christmas this year with your family.

Tomorrow morning, our morning message will be about building walls and tearing them down. It’s a message I don’t think any of you want to miss. So come and bring a friend with you.

Also, tomorrow is the last Sunday of the calendar year, and one of the very few things that our government does for people of faith and people who are benevolent with their funds, is to give them tax breaks when they contribute to churches, and other Charity and not for profit Organizations.

I realize that all of you would be faithful in your obedience to God through your giving, as I am, if the government did not give us those tax breaks. But, it is nice that they do so. So tomorrow will be your last Sunday to participate in giving at White Oak in God, and we encourage you to do so. See you at 9:45 for Sunday school in the morning.

Good afternoon White Oak family. In two days, we will celebrate a day that we have been planning now for several months, “Friendship Sunday”.

We have asked all of our adherence, those who regularly attend our church, to bring at least one person who does not attend church anywhere to church this coming Sunday morning, November 10, 2024.

If you call White Oak, your house of worship I am asking you to do two things. One be sure to be in church Sunday morning! And two, please bring someone with you. If for whatever reason you have yet to contact someone, you still have time.

I want you to remember the story of Jean Falk who I preached about three weeks ago, entitled “The power of one.” I spoke with Jean and Dwight today, and as always, they were humble and dismissive of their involvement. But the reality is that for every life that my mom and dad touched for the Kingdom, for every soul, who is ushered into heaven, because of Ronnie Hoover, Leann Hoover Rosenbaum, or my ministry, the starting place is that one single invitation to a revival service in 1952, where mom and dad found Christ real to their hearts and changed their family tree.

Who knows what your one invitation could possibly develop into. Take the chance, and extend that invitation.

If you do not have a home church, even if you didn’t receive an invitation, please consider this as your invitation. I hope to see all of you there.

Yesterday White Oak Assembly of God was honored and very blessed to have a pioneer of the faith to minister the Word to us, Bro Tollie Sutterfield, and his lovely wife, Sue. The Assemblies of God Movement is 110 years old, established in 1914 in Hot Springs, AR, and Bro. Sutterfield has been preaching for 64 of those years.

Today we are the largest Pentecostal Fellowship in the world, with churches in almost every country on the planet, and that is largely because of the hard work, dedication , commitment and sacrifice of men and women like Bro. and Sis. Sutterfield. In the words of my mom, “He preached the House afire” in both services. He is one anointed preacher, who tells you just how life is, and doesn’t sugar coat anything, but you never leave his presence without knowing he deeply loves you.

There is no minister anywhere that I honor, respect, and treasure more than Tollie Sutterfield! “Lord, raise up another generation of A/G ministers who know how to pray, who know how to love, who know how to sacrifice, who know how to preach and not just know how to do exegesis, and men who know what Holy Ghost anointing is!”

I love you, brother Sutterfield, and I love you, sister Sutterfield.
