Maybe nothing is wrong.

Your career may be going well.

Your family may be doing well.

Your bills are paid. People respect you. You're accomplishing things you once prayed for.

Yet there may still be a question you haven't given yourself enough space to answer:

Am I becoming the man I intended to become?

That's a different question than, “Am I successful?”

I've spent much of my career studying behavior change, and one thing I've learned is that knowing what matters and actually living like it matters are two very different things.

We can know our health matters and postpone the appointment.

Know our families matter and give them what's left on the calendar.

Know relationships matter and still become isolated.

Know we need rest and continue wearing exhaustion like a badge of honor.

You don't have to be falling apart to decide you want to become better.

That's the conversation I'm creating space for this Saturday with The ELEVATE Session.
