Today we rejoice with heaven as Eli Taylor put on Christ in baptism for the remission of his sins and was added by the Lord to His church! What a beautiful reminder that the gospel still changes lives, hearts can still be made new, and salvation is still found in Christ Jesus.

“Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins…” — Acts 2:38

“And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.” — Acts 2:47
