Our “Junkyard Redemption” VBS theme this year really brings a new meaning to the saying “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.”

Sometimes we feel useless, worthless, or no better than the trash at a junk yard. However, God reminds us, that through his salvation, we are so much more valuable than we could ever imagine.

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

We are living in scary times. Times that were prophesied about. Times that can make you nervous about the futures of you and the ones you love and hold dear.

However, if you have Jesus, we should not know fear. We know what’s coming. We see it off in the horizon and look for its coming. We are participating in a battle of spiritual warfare. But it’s a battle that Christ has already WON almost 2,000 years ago.

We pray that in these scary times of uncertainty, that you lean not on fear, depression, or anxiety over all of this. We pray that you lean on Christ ALONE!

Due to technical issues, we were unable to record it, but we had a good Sunday School lesson this morning.

We went over Ephesians Chapter 4, and discussed how we should put on the new man when Christ makes a change in our hearts.

I encourage you to go and read Ephesians Chapter 4, and see how you can apply this to your life. We would like to invite everyone to come out and be with us for Sunday School, starting every Sunday morning at 10 AM.
