As-Salaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah,

Alhamdulillah,
We are deeply grateful to Allah (SWT) for blessing us with the opportunity to celebrate our 53rd wedding anniversary. It is truly an honor to witness the growth of our fifth generation Muslim family rooted in faith and service.

We thank Allah for allowing us to serve our Islamic community for the past 55 years. We humbly pray that He accepts our efforts, our intentions, and our lifelong dedication as servants of Allah.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our beloved family members for their unwavering dedication and contributions, and to all our Brothers and Sisters in Islam for their continuous support and du’as.

May Allah continue to guide us all and bless our community with unity, sincerity, and steadfastness in His path.

As-Salaamu-Alaikum,
Thank you to Imam Abdul Azeez, Al Masjidu Adam Community Life Center for Human Excellence, believers, community members, family and friends for your du’as (informal prayers), volunteering efforts and contributions to make the 8/29/2025 day of community service (distributing food to the community) at Masjid Adam such a rewarding day. Several hundred people were able to receive food.
May Allah forgive our loved ones of their sins, have mercy on them and grant them the highest station in Jannah (Paradise). May Allah bless and protect everyone. Please remember our loved ones your du’as. Coincidentally, several of our loved ones honored attended both Woodycrest Masjid (currently Al Masjidu Adam Community Life Center for Human Excellence) and Masjid Ur Rashid (Beacon, NY).

Dear Sisters and Brothers,

On Saturday, August 16, 2025,
Masjid Ur Rashid hosted 2 events. Alhumdulilah (praise be to God), both events were a huge success! To all, we truly appreciate your attendance, assistance and support.
The 1st event was the Dawah Open House and the 2nd event was our first Masjid Ur Rashid family Movie under the Stars.

Movie night was equipped with a popcorn machine, a snow cone machine, Kennedy's Fried Chicken, beef and turkey hot dogs, potato chips, candy, fresh lime juice, apple and fruit juice, Danish, etc..
After Isha Salat (night prayer) a sister took her Shahada (declaration of faith) and became Muslim .
This day was part of an effort to bring families to the Masjid to pray, spent time together with the believers.
We sincerely thank the Brothers and Sisters who helped with this event.
May Allah continue to reward and bless all of you, ameen.

Masjid Ur Rashid (Islamic Teaching Center in Beacon, New York).
Imam Abdullah and his wife, Sister Waheebah did Dawah, reaching out to the community, providing an opportunity to learn about the Islamic faith.

Provided free Qu'rans and Islamic literature.

Distribution of free water bottles.
