About Us

Formed in 2018 by Dr. Paula C. Perez, we are a faith-based, not-for-profit, 501(c)3 agency committed to working with children and their families. Our target audience is low-income families that can use a hand-up, not just a hand-out. FTLRC services youth and their families in the Hudson Valley. In addition, we help with the disaster relief in Puerto Rico. Many of us still have family members that live on the Island. We vow to do all we can to assist the residents of Puerto Rico in their time of need!

Currently, in addition to our Puerto Rico Disaster Relief, we run three programs:

Bettie Brown Scholarship Program for graduating high school seniors

Dalila’s Donations - provide food and items to families in need
