For our next Core Value, we try to capture the importance of corporate worship. Similar to our first value, we certainly want to do things in worship that the Scriptures call us to do. Along with that, we recognize the biblical principle which tells us that we become like what we worship (see Ps 115:8; Ps 135:18). This principle certainly teaches that it matters how we worship. Therefore, we want all of our congregation to be shaped as faithful and obedient worshippers of the Lord.

For our next Core Value, we try to strike a balance between how what we believe about God and the Scriptures drives us to deep convictions, and yet we also seek to cultivate humility.

For our third Core Value, we seek to express how we think about church unity and how we think about unity with other like-minded churches and ministries. For this value, we utilize the principle of Theological Triage (see the below links to read more).

Sunday morning (July 12) begins our summer Sunday School session through the book of Proverbs. We will be focusing on the theme of godly wisdom. Various classes are available for kids and a main session for adults.
