Bazine Methodist Church

We want to support our neighbors in Bazine who want to access the Ness County Ness County Health Department's Grab-n-Go meal boxes. To do that, we are offering a time to sign-up for the Grab-n-Go meal Boxes!

Parents of Bazine Grade School children, come by the Bazine Methodist Church at 316 S Lawrence Street on Wednesday, June 24th between 10 AM and 11 AM. A representative from the Ness County Health Department and a representative from the church will be in the Fellowship Hall at that time.

To access the Fellowship Hall:
From the East Entrance - use the Elevator to go to the Basement, exit the elevator and you will find the place to register.
From the Southwest Entrance - use the stairs to go to the Basement and you will find the place to register.

The Western Plains Rec Commission will transport a parent or a child from each registered family to the Ness County Health Department on Monday, June 29th to pick up the Grab-n-Go meal boxes. The Rec Department van/bus will start picking up people at 11:30 AM on June 29th.

If you are wanting to sign your children up for the summer meal program but are unable to go to Ness City every week to pick up the boxes, ho to the Ness County Health Dept. and get signed up. They will give you a card and there are volunteers that will pick up the boxes and make them available to pick up at Bazine Methodist Church. Day of the week & time will be announced if and when there are children signed up. This is for your children 1-18.

REMINDER!!!!! Kids will need to have their parents with them on the first day ONLY to sign up for the Summer Food Program!!! After that, kids will be able to come weekly to pick up their grab and go meal box!! The first week is on a Tuesday..... After that the weekly pick up day for meals will be on Mondays from 12:00PM-1:00PM at the Ness County Health Department and this is for ALL KIDS in the COUNTY ages 1-18 unless signed up at another location in the county!
