Second Baytown Angel Tree Ministry

Second Baytown Angel Tree Ministry Angel Tree is a national program of Prison Fellowship. In our local Baytown community, it is administered by volunteers of Second Baptist Baytown Church.

Angel Tree Ministry reaches out to children who have an incarcerated parent during Christmas, Easter, Back to School, and any other special events throughout the year. In 2014, Angel Tree Year Round pilot program was implemented. We are happy to announce through the generous support of our sponsors, Angel Tree Year Round is still continuing today. The Year Round program provides monthly group meet

ings with parents, caretakers, children and volunteers to provide a support group setting, family meals, birthday celebrations, and is driven by faith based curricula in issues relating to parenting, incarceration, and making safe and healthy life long decisions. ☀️🍎 School may be out, but nutritious meals are still on the menu! 🍎☀️

This summer, Goose Creek CISD Nutrition Services and ARAMARK Student Nutrition are helping ensure children have access to healthy meals all season long. 💙💛

🥪 FREE meals available for children ages 1–18
📍 Multiple school, park, library, and community locations across Baytown & Highlands
📅 May 26 – July 18 (select locations and holiday closures apply)

🎉 Summer Kick-Off Parties:
🎈 May 26 – Sterling Library
🎈 May 28 – San Jacinto Community Center, Highlands

No registration required for park locations, and children do not need to be enrolled in summer school to receive meals at participating schools.

A nourished child is ready to learn, grow, and enjoy all the fun summer brings. Please help spread the word to families who may benefit! 📲💙
