Gratitude check:

What’s one good thing God has done this week?

It doesn’t have to be huge.
It doesn’t have to sound super spiritual.
It doesn’t have to be polished.

Maybe it was a prayer answered.
Maybe it was strength for a hard day.
Maybe it was a conversation you needed.
Maybe it was peace in the middle of stress.
Maybe it was provision, encouragement, or a small reminder that God is still working.

Here’s a Tuesday heart check:

**What does your worship reveal about who you think it is for?**

It is easy to walk into worship asking:

“Do I like this song?”
“Do I feel anything?”
“Is this style for me?”
“Am I getting anything out of this?”

But worship was never meant to begin with us.

Worship begins with who God is.

He is Creator.
He is King.
He is Savior.
He is Shepherd.
He is holy.
He is good.
He is worthy.

So before asking, “How do I feel right now?” ask, “What is true about God?”

Let truth lead your heart today.

Because worship begins when we stop measuring God by how we feel and start responding to who He is.

True worship isn't just about the songs we sing—it's about surrendering our will to God. Are you holding back conditions? Where are you telling God 'yes, but not this'? Real surrender means lowering your will before Him.

Some weeks are heavier than people know.

You may be carrying stress, decisions, family stuff, grief, pressure at work, school starting back, or something you haven’t really said out loud yet.

It is easy to say, “Jesus is Lord,” until He tells us to do something we would rather negotiate.

“I know I need to forgive, but…”
“I know I need to tell the truth, but…”
“I know I need to bring this into the light, but…”
“I know I need to take that step, but…”

And sometimes whatever comes after the “but” is the thing competing with His authority.

So here’s the heart check today:

**Where does your obedience have a “but” attached?**

Not so you can sit in shame.
So you can bring it honestly before God.

Name the hesitation.
Ask for Spirit-given power.
Take the next faithful step.

Because Jesus is not only worthy of being called Lord.
He is worthy of being trusted and obeyed.

Full schedule.
Full mind.
Full stress.
Full questions.
Full distractions.

But God’s Word has a way of cutting through the noise and meeting us deeper than we expected.

This Sunday, come hungry.

Come ready to listen.
Come ready to worship.
Come ready to open Scripture with us.

Jesus is enough for tired hearts, distracted minds, and people who need truth more than noise.

We’re opening God’s Word together this weekend, and we’re believing He will speak.
