Our God is an initiator and a finisher. What He begins, He intends to complete—and He empowers us to finish the work He places in our hands.

Our callings rarely fail from lack of purpose, but often from delay, distraction, or discouragement. To finish requires disciplined focus and faith, long after the feeling fades. Finishing honors God and opens the door to what's next.

Heavenly Father,

You designed us for an ongoing relationship with Your Spirit. Help us, like the early church, to seek the Holy Spirit’s constant guidance.

Baptize us in boldness: to proclaim Your Word from the pulpit, in our relationships, and in every opportunity.

Fill each of us with Your Spirit. Activate our spiritual gifts for the building up of Your church and for Your glory.

Heavenly Father,

Root us and ground us in Your love. Let our lives be anchored so deeply in Your love that no storm can uproot us, no doubt can shake us, and no fear can separate us from Your embrace.

Grant us the strength to grasp the boundless dimensions of Your love, to understand its breadth and length and height and depth. Help us to know, even beyond what our minds can fully understand, the love of Christ, which surpasses knowledge.

And ultimately, Lord, may we be filled with all the fullness of You. Not partial measure, but overflowing. Not for our own sake alone, but so that our lives might reflect Your glory and draw others into Your family.

We pray this in the all-sufficient name of Jesus,
