Today marks the final day of Reentry Month.
Tonight, we celebrate every woman who has walked through the doors of Most Excellent Way Life Center Reentry Homes.
Since 2010, we have provided faith-based reentry housing and witnessed God do what only He can do—exchanging beauty for ashes, restoring families, and calling women back to their preordained purpose.
This is more than a meeting—it’s a moment of honor, healing, and love.

Four locations. Four opportunities to access employment, training, and long term stability.
Join NJRC’s upcoming Job Fairs across Newark, Bergen County, Hudson County, and Union County. Each event is designed to connect veterans and court involved individuals directly with employers, workforce training programs, and career pathways in high demand industries.

These hiring events provide access to opportunities in construction, culinary arts, electrical, HVAC, forklift operation, solar installation and sales, welding, and peer recovery. Attendees will be able to engage with recruiters, explore career options, and take immediate steps toward employment.
Employment remains one of the most critical stabilizing factors in reentry. NJRC has served over 31,651 individuals statewide and facilitated more than 14,246 job placements, reflecting a coordinated, evidence based model that connects individuals to work, training, and supportive services.

MOST EXCELLENT WAY TRADES READINESS PROGRAM : OSHA
The instructor is a construction safety professional with over 25 years of field and corporate safety experience supporting general contractors, environmental contractors, and commercial, institutional, and military projects. His background includes developing and implementing safety programs, conducting site inspections, and delivering training aligned with OSHA standards and real-world construction conditions.
He serves as an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer for both the Construction and General Industry sectors and has experience working with entry-level workers, including individuals entering or re-entering the workforce. In addition, he provides safety training to experienced field personnel, supervisors, and management, with a focus on practical application and regulatory compliance.
