So teaching Sunday school this morning. And today is what I needed to teach 2,11 year old, an 8 year old and a 4 year year old. Isaac kept building a well for crops and animals but the Philistines either was stealing or sabotaging the wells. Well Isaac Kept trying as son of Abraham (Abram) , and sooner than later found the perfect spot for Isaac to go to fill the promise God had to his father about being fruitful as far as the stars count,
Wasn't my week to teach but totally needed to hear this as I taught my Sunday school children
God Never Gives Your Too Much To Handle and He Fill Fills his promises he gives.
His answers are YES, NO and Wait
Isaac Had to wait through many people, many countries to finally fulfill what God had said.
Activity-fill 1 bowl full of water in a sink, do nothing to the second one. take 2 children, 1 with a sponge with the bowl of water, take 2nd child with 2nd bowl with nothing. have the 1 with water take sponge and ring it out in the empty bowl, and have the empty bowl person get the water out for three chance.
Next have the 4th chance don't dump water out as the person is sponging water into the empty container.....
1-how did it make the person fill doing hard work for nothing?
2-Isaac did this multiple times before any results
3- After a while- people did not sabotage him from making healthy water for crops or animal, and surpassed famine and helped the others who believed.
-Moral=help others and reap what you sow. All good things come back= God keeps his promises!
If you are having a bad week and nothing seems to be going good... STOP-THINK....Would GOd GIVE UP, WOULD ABRAHAM GIVE UP, DID HE HAVE FAITH? DO YOU HAVE FAITH.
STOP PRAY AND REMEMBER GOD NEVER GIVES YOU TOO MUCH YOU CANT HANDLE!!!!
