May I remind the members and friends of New Jerusalem Christian Church that Tomorrow (Friday 3rd) starting at noon we will hold our annual gathering around the Crosses in the out lawn. We wish to publicly express our adoration and thanksgiving to the One who gave His life to save ours, Jesus.

Christ the Light of the World - our current story:
Luke 1:78-79 (NLT)

78 Because of God’s tender mercy,
the morning light from heaven is about to break upon us,
79 to give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death,
and to guide us to the path of peace.”

“Guide us to the path of peace” – the current upheaval in the heart of the world makes me think of the long ago Christmas song with the lyrics – “there is no peace on earth”
Yet this is still a true word for Jesus said “my peace I give you, not as the world gives give I unto you” and “I will give you a peace that passes all understanding”

There really is no lasting peace apart from what God does in the heart through Jesus Christ……

I confess that we don't share much on this page, but it is no indicator of the fullness of our life and ministry. This church family is active in the Word and ministry of the love of God. We are an awesome family and play a role as part of the Body of Christ. A littler unorthodox perhaps, but very real in faith and relationships.
