PRINCESS WENONAH IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Less than one week until we cruise!
Reminders: If you are on the list, we have joyfully paid for you to be there -- please show up!

BOARDING begins at 6:00 pm
DEPARTURE is 6:30 pm

Please do NOT park at the Doubletree Hotel. Park on Water Street or at the Planetarium.

We will have greeters at the boat to help you find your way and to check you off the list as you arrive.

There will be jars for a free-will offering at check-in and on board. Don't forget to bring some cash with you if you'd like to pitch in to help cover our costs (sponsorships are covering about 1/2 the cost...we still need financial support to help us make it possible for everybody to participate!)

Can't wait to see you riverside on August 15!

We still need somebody to help with this project! If you're thinking, "Oh...somebody else will do that," or "They don't need ME," well... you're wrong!
If you love decorating your front porch for the seasons, this is a perfect way to share your time and talent with your church family.
Please let us know you're up for the task. Many thanks!

HELP NEEDED! We want to create a festive harvest display (pumpkins, gourds, cornstalks...you get the drift) for photo taking at our Harvest Festival on November 7.
If you love doing that kind of decorating, please let us know that you can help.
If you have the supplies or want to provide them, that's great. If you want us to get everything and you just arrange it all, that's okay too.
Maybe this is perfect way you can serve our church? Reach out to Cathy or Pastor Brenna to volunteer your time and talent.

We are building a team to help lead our Kids Camp each Sunday morning.
If you are willing to help, please sign up on Sunday morning during Sunday School for All, or at the reception desk.

Our Teaching Team is an incredibly important part of our church family. We want our children to learn to love God and love others.

Talk to Pastor Brenna or Cathy Weaver to get involved. We have many exciting things planned -- and we need you!

Teachers will work in teams of 2 -- if you have a friend you'd like to teach with, that's wonderful! Otherwise, we will pair you with another teacher.

You will be provided with 2 "Camp Counselors" -- youth group members -- who will assist you with everything during class and help you clean up afterwards.

UPDATE on the Rummage Sale
We plan to hold our Rummage Sale in the SPRING of 2022.
Many have asked about donating goods. We are going to start collecting items on October 1.
Leave them on the STAGE IN FELLOWSHIP HALL. They will be stored there until the sale.
PLEASE only drop off items in good, workable condition. Only donate clothing that is free from holes and stains. If electronics don't work, are missing cords, etc. we can not sell them.
Do NOT drop things off in the basement.
If you have questions, talk to James Bailey.
We appreciate your generosity!
As soon as we know the date of the sale, we will post the event.
