St Paul in his letter to the Thessalonians was calling out all the false prophets, saying hold fast to what we have taught, to the Traditions. These Traditions are taught in Truth. They are in line for the sake of the Kingdom of heaven. The false teachers preach and try to get the assurance of others, but beware of what you teach. Turn to Mary for help and purification of heart. In this novena we are doing a devotion to Mary. It's not a worship of Mary. It's us falling to the feet of Mary and she in turn goes to Jesus. This devotion to Our Lady of Czestochowa has been going on since the 1380's and we are continuing that devotion 💖✨ Our Lady of Czestochowa, pray for us! 💖✨🙏🏻🤗

💖✨ Mass and Novena with Fr Charles Warner✨💖
In today's Gospel Jesus saw Nathaniel under the fig tree. Jesus knew Nathaniel. Jesus knows all of us as well. He sees the outside and the inside. He sees our desires, our pains, and our needs.
✨As we continue the Novena, we see the slashes on Our Lady of Czestochowa's face. The raider made two slashes on her cheek and tried to make another but he fell dead! Some restorers tried to fix the cuts on her face but couldn't. The slashes remain. Mary wanted us to know that suffering was a part of her life and suffering is a part of our lives as well. Our scars and sufferings are a part of who we are. As we approach the altar of sacrifice let us not try to hide ourselves. Let us present ourselves wholly to Jesus. Our Lady of Czestochowa, pray for us! ✨♥️

When Jesus was here He cared for the sick, the poor, and the marganalized. Everyone is called to become like Christ. By our good works are you known as the children of God.

✨✨Novena to Our Lady of Czestochowa ✨✨

Do we live the Gospel literally or symbolically? We forget sometimes that Jesus also spoke directly and plainly a lot of times. One thing we know for certain is that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life ♥️

A lot of times we end up living the way that's easy and best for us. So we try to align the words of Jesus to our lives. We take a lot of what Jesus said symbolically so we won't have to do what He says. Instead of giving up everything, we give up here and there of what we think is best for us, but what we hold on to doesn't help us.

Jesus says give up everything for His sake. The more we give up for Jesus the more we will encounter Him. Jesus asks us to give up what we think we should hold on to and do what He asks us to do. JESU UFAM TOBIE! JESUS I TRUST IN YOU!! ♥️♥️♥️
