Transitions is a preparation class designed to help address 9 key areas to help student and young adults transition to the next stage of life following high school. Transitions is intended to give a snapshot of what you may encounter as your life transitions from high school into adulthood. Our hope is that it will create deeper passion for your faith and provide opportunities to ask questions and learn from others. We meet at 9:00 AM every Sunday at Heritage A/G Church in Baxter,MN. If you are a young adult, at any stage in life, feel free to join us. This page is intended to encourage additional discussion beyond each class and to provide communications of up and coming events.
