🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day!
Today, we’re grateful for the gift of work for those that build, serve, teach, care, create, provide, and make a difference in our communities.
But Labor Day also reminds us of something we often forget: we were never meant to carry life on our own.
Jesus says in Matthew 11:28:
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
May we take time to remember the One who gives us strength when we are weary and rest.
Happy Labor Day! May we work faithfully, serve joyfully, and rest in Jesus.
