🎉 WHAT A NIGHT! 🎉

Our first Faith & Friends Trivia Night was a BLAST! 🧠🔥 We had a whole lot of laughs, some serious team strategizing, a few very questionable answers 😂, and plenty of friendly competition!

A HUGE thank-you to everyone who came out and made tonight so much fun. We loved getting to spend the evening together—and we hope you had as much fun as we did!

But don’t worry… the fun isn’t stopping here! 👀

🥞 PANCAKES + CITY FEST = THE PERFECT SATURDAY! 🎉

Join us TOMORROW for the annual Pancake Feed at the St. John Parish Hall from 8–10 AM!

Come hungry for some delicious Grubb’s Pancakes 🥞 and help support the LIGHT youth group through a free will offering! ❤️

And the best part? You can fuel up before heading out to enjoy all the fun of City Fest!

✨ August is packed with LIGHT events, and we can't wait to see you! ✨

📅 August 2 – Welcome Back Bonfire 🔥
Kick off the school year with us from 6–9 PM at the Andersons'! Bring a friend, a swimsuit (or clothes that can get wet!), and if you'd like, a side to share. (Sides are appreciated, but definitely not required!)

🥞 August 15 – BC City Fest Pancake Feed
We'll be serving pancakes at City Fest! Be sure to hop on the Band App and sign up for a volunteer shift.

🎉 August 16 – Faith & Friends: Trivia Night
We're excited to launch something brand new! Faith & Friends is a monthly event led by our senior youth, designed for LIGHT students to invite friends for a fun evening together. Join us for our very first Trivia Night!

☕ August 20 – Lattes with LIGHT
Our favorite early-morning coffee and devotion time is back! We'd love to see you there.

We had a wonderful evening enjoying ice cream, fellowship, and games together! Thank you to everyone who joined us.
Be sure to join us this Thursday for the VBS meal, which will be served by LIGHT. We look forward to seeing you there!
Watch for next month's activities—we have more exciting opportunities for fellowship and fun coming soon.
Hebrews 13:8 reminds us of God's unchanging faithfulness:
"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever."
No matter what trials or challenges we face, we can find hope and confidence in knowing that our Savior never changes.

Missed our first Ice Cream & Game Night? No worries—Round 2 is happening tomorrow night!

Join us for another evening of ice cream, games, and hanging out with friends!

We'll walk to Subway for ice cream before heading back to the school for basketball, 9 Square in the Air, and other games.
