Join us tomorrow night at 6:30pm, as we begin a wonderful video series on the attributes of God. This series will guide us through passages that reveal God's perfections: His incomprehensibility, self-existence, independence, transcendence, immutability, infinity and eternity, omnipresence, omnipotence, omniscience, wisdom, sovereignty, righteousness, holiness, wrath, goodness, love, patience, and zeal. The aim of this study is to provide us with a tool for vastly enlarging our understanding of God in a manner that enlightens the mind, captivates the heart, and redirects the will.

In Isaiah 49:6, God spoke through the prophet Isaiah and said, “It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to bring back the preserved of Israel; I will make you as a light for the nations, that my salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”

As we continue through Acts, we come to one of the most monumental moments in church history. Acts 10 reveals to us how God engrafts Gentiles into the church and takes two opposing peoples, Jews and Gentiles, and makes them one.

Through this, we see God's providential hand at work in the lives of two particular men, a Gentile named Cornelius and a Jew named Peter. Join us this Lord's Day as we see the providence of God in advancing the gospel.

The last few weeks we've followed the doctrine of the Trinity from the shadows of the Old Testament, through the life of Christ, and into the great debates of the early church.

This Wednesday we conclude our series by looking at Nicaea, Athanasius, and how the church learned to speak carefully about the God revealed in Scripture.

Peter is a prime example of a sinner saved by grace, useless in himself, but made useful to the Master by the transforming power of God’s grace in Christ.

As we jump back into our series in Acts, we witness two amazing miracles by the risen Lord Jesus Christ through the ministry of Peter. In this section, we see a man whose ministry is built upon the Lordship of Christ, so that the glory of Christ would be exalted.
