And the new thing has begun!
The Convis Union church is now closed and will be sold in the future. Worship, mission, and ministry now move to the site of the Merged Church @ Chapel Hill UMC Battle Creek.

Join in this new thing there, with worship at 10 am Sundays. God is up to something - be a part of it!

As of today, Chapel Hill UMC, Christ UMC and Convis Union UMC have officially become one new church. We give thanks to God for the journey that has brought us here and look forward with hope to all that lies ahead.

On Sunday, June 28, a small group of faithful souls worshipped and then shared the hard work of deconsecrating their beloved church after 117 years. It was a necessary step, but a very sad day. We’re following God in faith to a merger with Christ and Chapel Hill UMCs… and God is always faithful.

We had an incredible day of Homecoming and Celebration at Convis Union yesterday! Thanks to all who came out to the worship service and the open house to pay tribute to the legacy of this amazing church and congregation.

If you're looking for some great entertainment in support of a great cause, make plans to attend this concert this Friday, May 15. Three Men and a Tenor are an entertaining acapella group who will be offering songs of our country. Tickets are only $ 30 and are available at the door.
All proceeds will go to support Trinity Neighborhood Center in mid-town Battle Creek, offering resources and connection in our community.
