Muslim Student Association (MSA) at LSU A student organization that seeks to strengthen the brotherly/sisterly love and portray the true beauty of Islam to the LSU body at large.

The Muslim Student Association (MSA) at Louisiana State University is an organization committed to represent Muslim students at LSU and foster campus and community-wide engagement with Islam and related issues. MSA serves the Muslims on campus and in the surrounding community by providing support programs and activities to assist the Muslim student in practicing his or her faith as fully as possib

le. The MSA sponsors various activities ranging from general meetings, daily Da'wah (outreach) tabling in free speech plaza, lectures, trips, banquets, conferences, as well as specialized activities during Ramadan and other special occasions. The MSA’s constituency is comprised of a diverse group of students--undergraduate and graduate, international and American-- united in their common belief or interest in Islam.

Today our MSA officers visited Brighter Horizon school to present to high schoolers what to expect at college, and also encourage them to join MSA. Salam everyone! We have our Ramadan Halaqah this Thursday at 6:00 PM. It will be our first in person meeting! It will be held in Williams 102 and Imam Abdul Ahad, from ICBR, will be coming to LSU to help prepare us for Ramadan and remind us of the virtues of this Holy Month Inshallah!
We will be selling T-shirts and handing our Dua pamphlets.
