In the Old Testament, altars were places of sacrifice, surrender, repentance, worship, and encounters with God. Lives were changed at the altar. Covenants were made at the altar. Fire fell at the altar.

But what about today?
What does the altar mean now?
And why do so many people avoid it?

This Friday night at ER Joey Pettit will be giving a message on ALTARS — talking about the importance of the altar, the altar of the heart, and why responding to God still matters.

Tonight was more than bowling.
It was fellowship.
It was laughter.
It was prayer.
It was people standing shoulder to shoulder reminding each other that no one walks alone.

In the middle of pizza, bowling lanes, conversations, and fun… we paused to seek God together. And that’s what makes nights like this so powerful. A community united in faith, encouragement, and freedom.

Thankful for every person who came out tonight. God is doing something special through these moments together. 🎳🙏🏼❤️
