It was quite the good time and we are looking forward to doing this again in future years. Growing Live 2 Play, Spring 2012

We made great impact on the community and showed many kids that someone cares about them. Sadly, the leader of Live 2 Serve, Jacob Allen Nichols, was involved in a bike accident and had to drop out of the many religious programs due to health concerns. A Summer of Rest, Summer 2012
This Summer, due to the health problems of Jacob Allen Nichols, we decided that it would be best for his health and for the good of the organization that we did not have any Live 2 Serve programs. This choice was made by Jacob Allen and other religious leaders in Baton Rouge. Coming Back Stronger Than Ever, Coming Back to Fighting Poverty, School year 2012 and future

Jacob continued to serve, even though he had health issues. All the way through spring of 2013. In spring of 2013 however Jacobs had to take a break from Live 2 Serve in order to rest and get healthy. Live 2 Serve had very few programs during the summer of 2013. Fall of 2013
But in Fall of 2013 Nichols was healthy and put Live 2 Serve back in full swing. Building Live 2 Play to over 100 children a night, and creating a separate bible study for teenage boys.
