Is it in crisis? Retrouvaille is a program designed to help couples save their marriages. With a Catholic origin and operated under oversight from Catholic bishops, it is for Christian couples who have reached a critical point in trying to keep their marriage together. The Weekend Programs are in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Many, many couples who were at the breaking point have found a new life in the

ir marriage after participating in the program.
“It is primarily a practical program about improving communication, building a stronger marriage, better relationship, and helping couples rediscover the love they had for each other. The Retrouvaille Program helps couples put the pieces of their marriage back together and rebuild loving relationships.” We are not a retreat but our Weekend Program is very similar setting.

We hope this series has been helpful in providing a new perspective on how you and your spouse give and receive love—and has encouraged you to:

Discovering your love languages is really just the beginning. ❤️

We all express and receive love differently. The key to building a deeper bond and stronger connection with your spouse is learning how they feel most loved.

So, what can you do today?

Ask your spouse:
“What makes you feel most loved by me?”

Then listen.
Pay attention.
And put what you learn into action.

❤️ Love Language #5: PHYSICAL TOUCH

For some people, physical touch is one of the most meaningful ways they experience love. Those little moments of physical closeness throughout the day can make a big difference in how connected they feel.

In the busyness of life, couples can drift into being physically present without actually making a connection with their spouse. A passing touch, a hug before leaving, or reaching for their hand are simple yet effective ways to pause and reconnect.

Today’s challenge: Be intentional about creating a moment of closeness with your spouse. Put down what you’re doing, draw a little closer, and remind them that they are still the person you choose—and reach for. ❤️
