There needs to be a shift in church culture.
Not a shift away from God, truth, or holiness, but a shift in our hearts. A shift from routine to relationship. From spectators to disciples. From simply attending church to actually becoming the Church.

We can’t keep measuring success only by packed buildings, loud moments, or emotional services if lives are leaving unchanged. Real growth happens when people are healed, families are restored, hearts are transformed, and people begin living out the Word Monday through Saturday, not just Sunday morning.

Church was never meant to be a performance to watch; it was meant to be a body working together, loving together, serving together, and growing together.

The culture has to shift from “What can I get?” to “How can I grow and help others grow?”

Because when culture shifts, people shift. And when people shift, generations can change.

God never intended for us to walk this journey alone. He gives us pastors to shepherd us, teachers to equip us, and leaders to help guide us in truth and purpose. Their assignment isn’t just to preach a message, it’s to help strengthen, correct, encourage, and prepare us for what God has called us to do.

Don’t take for granted the voice God placed in your life. Honor those who pour into you, pray for those who lead you, and stay connected to the wisdom God sends your way. Everyone needs Godly guidance.

“And He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers…” Ephesians 4:11

Pray that the Lord disconnects you from people who constantly overlook, drain, misuse, or dishonor what He placed inside of you. Not everyone assigned to your life is assigned to your destiny. Some people can only recognize your flaws, but never your value. Some benefit from your wisdom, your love, your prayers, your loyalty, and your presence, while never truly appreciating the gift you are.

Ask God to remove every unhealthy attachment, every one-sided relationship, and every connection that is not reciprocated. What God placed in you is valuable, and it deserves to be surrounded by people who can recognize, protect, encourage, and honor it.

Sometimes the hardest prayers are the necessary ones:
“Lord, if they cannot value what You placed in me, give me the strength to release them.”

Not every separation is a loss. Some separations are protection. Some endings are answers to prayers you didn’t even know to pray. God will disconnect you from people who hinder your growth so He can connect you to people who sharpen your purpose, fuel your faith, and help you become who He called you to be.

Stop shrinking to fit environments that were never created for who you are becoming. What you carry is not common. Guard it. Honor it. And trust God enough to let Him remove whoever cannot handle it with care.
