Deliverance tip: just because you walk in the authority to call out evil spirits you cannot give the command unless you hear God release you to do so!

In times where I knew the evil spirit was there and God did not give me a command, it was because that person really didn't want to be free.

If they don't want to be free you can cast out an evil spirit by the power of God but the spirit will be welcomed back into their vessel because they never wanted it to leave.
