God's Word and His plan for us guides us into healing. His word tells us to bring our requests to Him, He says that we can give the pain to Him- He tells us that vengeance is His- and to think on things that are good and pure. He tells us to forgive as we have been forgiven.

When I'm in the midst of troubles and I don't understand. I pray- In Jesus' name I pray .
I praise throughout the day- knowing full well all of the things which I have already been delivered out of and for all that I have been provided.

If you find yourself with a heart that feel less kind-then you have been swayed away from God. Friend, friend- I have seen this. Just like in the days of wandering to the Promised Land- many have turned from The God, replacing Him in their hearts with the ideology and deeds of the unwise.
Hebrews 3
12See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God. 13But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness. 14We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original conviction firmly to the very end. 15As has just been said:

Be a PEACE M A K E R. STAND UP AGAINST wrongs done to others.
Thank You God that there is a remedy for every hurt, every fear, every worry, every need — through the power of Jesus and His instructions. So thankful for the power and the presence of Your Holy Spirit, and the PEACE that comes through Your care -Almighty God.
