Another New Hire Training class is in the books at The Morel Company and this group is something special. Different backgrounds, different roles, one shared mission: better patient care and safer caregivers through Hercules.

And yes, we are continuing to grow our clinical team with nurses who bring their lived experience straight to the work we do every single day. That is not something we take lightly.

Welcome to the family Benjamin, Bryan, Cece, Brianna and Joe. The patients and the nurses they serve are already better off with you on this team.

And of course we had to keep the tradition alive. Skyline Chili is always one of our favorite stops to introduce to the new hires and this class did not disappoint 💙

This Thursday we are throwing it back to NTI last week because we are just not over it 💙

Happy and this week we are celebrating the most unforgettable experience!

NTI San Diego you absolutely blew us away 💙

The reactions. The stories. The nurses who walked up to our booth not knowing what Hercules was and walked away knowing their safety is a priority and that somebody out there is looking out for them.

Every nurse we met this week reminded us why we do this. You have chosen one of the hardest and most meaningful careers in the world and we want you to be able to do it for as long as you intend. Safely. Comfortably. Without your body paying the price.

Hercules is for you. It always has been. And this week made us more sure of that than ever.
