Yesterday’s throwback photo from more than a decade ago sparked a lot of great conversations and memories.
For me personally(John Wayne Crosby), I had a friend who was my generation’s keeper of camp history through photographs. Heather went home to be with the Lord this past spring, and her passing reminded me how important those memories really are.
So here’s a challenge for our Camp Agape family: If you have a group photo or any camp picture tucked away in an album or on your phone, take a minute today and share it in the comments. It doesn’t matter what decade it’s from or what week of camp you attended.
Let’s celebrate the generations of campers, volunteers, cabin leaders, directors, and coordinators who have made camp what it is today. I’m sure our camp family would love to see the history, the hairstyles, the fashion choices, and most importantly, the lives and friendships that God has woven us together through the years.
Dig through those old photo boxes and let’s take a walk down memory lane! 📸🏕️❤️
If you don’t have photos…share this post so someone else can share their photos.
