WOW, Clermont County... we are overwhelmed with gratitude! ❤️

When we started planning this family community event, we hoped maybe 200 people would attend. Instead, more than 500 people showed up!
What a blessing it was to connect with so many families, make new friends, and share God’s love with our community. Seeing smiling faces, kids having fun, and neighbors coming together made every bit of hard work worth it.

A huge thank you to the missions team from FBC Cookeville and all of our Refuge families who gave their time, energy, and hearts to make today possible. This event truly would not have happened without you.

A special thank you to Addison Minzler with A Paige In Time Photography for capturing all the joy, excitement, and special moments from today. Thanks to your talent, those who couldn’t attend will still get to experience how amazing this event was. We can’t wait to see and share the photos!

And thank you to Tyler Boggess for being the ultimate problem solver—making an emergency food run, resetting breakers multiple times, and stepping in wherever help was needed. We are so grateful for your servant’s heart and willingness to do whatever it took to keep things running smoothly.

To everyone who volunteered, donated, prayed, helped behind the scenes, and especially to every family who came out today—thank you. We are incredibly grateful for your support and for the opportunity to serve this community we love so much.

We love you all and hope you’ll join us this Sunday at 10:00 AM for service. We’d love to see you there! ❤️

What a wonderful morning at City of Refuge!

It was so wonderful to have First Baptist Church of Cookeville’s youth choir with us this morning! They led worship for us and it was such a blessing!

The presence of God was felt in a special way and we are thankful for the encouragement, fellowship and spiritual refreshment we experienced together!

Thank you, FBC of Cookeville Youth Choir for sharing your gifts, your hearts and your passion for Christ with our church family!

Party in the Park! Happening this Tuesday from 12pm to 2pm at Sycamore Park in Batavia! All of the cool kids will be there…oh and of course it’s FREE! Free food, bounce house, face painting, games and more!
