Fear doesn’t get the final say! Faith does! 🔥

Fear will tell you to play it safe. Fear will tell you that you’re not strong enough, that the situation is too big, or that things will never change. BUT GOD HAS NOT CALLED US TO LIVE IN FEAR! 🙌🏻

This Sunday, Pastor Ryan is continuing our FAITH OVER FEAR series, and we’re believing God is going to speak to hearts, strengthen faith, and remind us that we serve a God who is GREATER than anything we could ever face!

You don’t have to let fear dictate your future.
You don’t have to let anxiety have the final word.
You don’t have to face life in your own strength.

When we put our faith in God, fear no longer has to control us!

Don't just scroll past this and plan to catch the next one. Make the decision to get in the house of God this Sunday! Bring your family, invite a friend, and come ready for worship, the Word, and a powerful time together. ❤️‍🔥

What a powerful message from Pastor Tommy Barnett today! 🙌🏼❤️

Today, we’re making a commitment to follow Christ not just for the next FOUR YEARS, but for the rest of our lives! To build up His church, serve our communities, and be the hands and feet of Jesus wherever He calls us.

We want to reach as many people as possible, love people where they are, and make an eternal impact for the Kingdom of God. 🌎✝️

This is bigger than a four-year commitment. It’s a commitment to live out our faith, serve others, and say YES to whatever God has called us to do.

The church isn’t just a place we go. It’s who we are called to be. ❤️

Let’s get to work, church! 🙌🏼

Before David ever stood in front of Goliath, before he became king, and before anyone celebrated him, he was out in a field tending sheep.

What’s crazy too is when Samuel came to anoint the next king of Israel, David wasn't even invited into the room at first. His own father presented his other sons, but David was still out doing what seemed like an ordinary, unimportant job.

God hadn't forgotten David.
David just wasn't in the spotlight yet.

Three lessons we can learn from David
1. Being overlooked by people doesn't mean you're overlooked by God. David's own family didn't initially consider him the obvious choice for king. But God told Samuel in 1 Samuel 16:7 that people look at outward appearances, while the Lord looks at the heart.

Sometimes the very people who don't recognize what God is doing in your life are the same people who will eventually witness what He's done.

2. Your private life is preparing you for your public purpose. David learned to protect his sheep before he ever fought Goliath. In 1 Samuel 17:34-37, he explained how God had helped him fight a lion and a bear. Those battles happened long before the giant showed up.

The field wasn't wasted time. It was preparation.
Sometimes we want God to promote us, give us influence, or open a big door, but we overlook the lessons He's teaching us when nobody is watching.

3. Don't despise the season where nothing seems to be happening. David was anointed in 1 Samuel 16, but he didn't immediately become king. There was a long period of waiting, serving Saul, fleeing danger, and learning to trust God. Anointing didn't eliminate the waiting. Just because God has a purpose for your life doesn't mean you'll see the whole thing unfold immediately.

Remember David whenever you feel overlooked. God is always working. ❤️
