What a joy to be led in worship by our youngest church members this past Sunday! Our children and youth helped read, sing, usher, and were part of almost every element of our 10:00am Sunday morning service. What a blessing. Thank you to all those who work with our children and helped out this Sunday!

Cold station alert! It's a beautiful but very hot week in our gorge! We are holding in pray all those effected by this heat. Also, please know the church has AC and cold water - if you need a place to cool down reach out to us. Fr. Please join us for Community Conversations this Saturday at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Edneyville NC. It is from 10:30-12:30. The theme this time is healthcare, and we will be hearing from Dr. Hannah Marie Roberts, Dr. Julie Todd, Dr. Joshua Knolhoff, and Doctors to be Augusta Dixon and Stacie Spencer.

This is a wonderful opportunity to build community, learn more about the experiences of these wonderful people, and discover new perspectives on healthcare.

Our youth group hit the road this morning for their mission trip to Western North Carolina! They’ll be partnering once again with Church of the Transfiguration to continue Hurricane Helene recovery efforts and support other local community projects.

As they begin this journey, we’re praying for safe travels, meaningful connections, and hearts open to learning, serving, and sharing God’s love. 💙
