Reaching Helping Connecting to Jesus: Sundays 8:15 | 9:45 | 11:11 We serve our community in practical ways throughout the year. (Heb. 4:12)

Mission – Our mission is reaching people who are apart from God and helping connect them to Jesus. We take responsibility to make Bastrop a great place to live! Check out our website for some of the ways we are serving. (Acts 1:8)

Worship – Worship is our Sunday morning experience. Our music is modern and similar to what you listen to on Christian radio and the sermons speak to your everyday life. (Luke 24:32)

Groups – During the week we gather in several types of groups to help fit where you are on your journey with Jesus! We let everyone choose the group that best fits your needs. We have Community Groups where you gather in homes to discuss the Sunday sermon. We have Topical Groups which are teacher-driven and centered around a particular study or curriculum. We have Interest Groups which are centered around a common hobby or interest. (Acts 2:46-47)

Spiritual practices – We want everyone to connect personally with Jesus through daily Bible reading and Prayer. Let us teach you some ways that can make this part of your daily walk powerful.

We’re journeying through the entire Bible in chronological order, helping the next generation discover who Jesus is and grow in faith together each week.

We’re so grateful for the volunteers who pour into these kids and the families who trust us with them! 💙

Today, we celebrate 20 years of God’s faithfulness!

For two decades, we’ve seen lives changed, families restored, friendships formed, and countless people take steps toward Jesus. Through every season, God has been faithful, and we believe the best is still ahead!

River Valley has never been about a building. It’s about people. People finding hope, discovering purpose, building community, and experiencing the life-changing love of Jesus.

To everyone who has been part of the River Valley story over the past 20 years, THANK YOU! Whether you’ve been here since day one or just walked through our doors for the first time, you’re part of what makes this church so special.

20 years of reaching, helping, and connecting people to Jesus. And we’re just getting started!

What a weekend! 🔥The men stepped away from the everyday routine to grow in their faith, build genuine friendships, and be challenged to become the men God has called them to be.

From powerful biblical teaching with Vince Miller to great conversations, plenty of laughs, and some friendly competition, this weekend was about more than just getting away. It was about growing stronger in Christ and alongside one another.

We're grateful for every man who made the decision to invest in his faith this weekend. **The retreat may be over, but the impact doesn't end here!**

It was great to have Ben Johnson back last weekend to remind us how our beliefs shape us. Do you have people in your life who will lovingly call you out? Not to shame you, but to call you UP into the fullness of who God made you to be? That's the power of church community... accountability that leads to holiness, not judgment that leads to shame.
