You can be around Christianity without being transformed by Christ. Attending church or knowing Bible stories isn't enough. True Christianity is about becoming a new creation, not just a nicer version of yourself. If you feel too 'dirty' to come to Jesus, stop lying to yourself. He changes you; you don't clean yourself up first. Jesus provides what you truly need.
