Today at Faith: 9-10:15 am in the Gym, there will be biscuits & gravy, bacon, sausage, eggs, coffee, juice, etc. No cost - this is a ministry of our church. Everyone invited!

Morning Worship at 10:30 AM - I will be preaching on the "Inhibitors of Effective Prayer."

Prayer Requests:

John Milligan (successful knee surgery yesterday); he should be able to come home tomorrow. Pray for healing & recovery.

Tony Surratt is in the hospital with pneumonia.

Remember the sick, shut-in, soldiers, standing request, sorrowing, etc.

Pastor Towler: PRAYER REQUESTS: John Milligan fell today and shattered his kneecap and pulled some muscles, tendons, etc. Tony Surratt is back in the hospital with pneumonia.

Mon, Aug. 31st @ 7 PM - Youth Night - Games before the service around 6:15 pm. Youth are encouraged to sing in the choir (practice at 6:30 pm). Pizza after the service. Pastor David Schulz of Tabernacle Baptist in Bassett will have a message for the youth.

Tues, Sept. 1st @ 7 PM - Pastor David Towler will preach a 10-min sermon & represent Faith Baptist in Bassett.

Wed, Sept. 2nd @ 7 PM - Pastor Jason Alverson will preach a 10-min sermon & represent Mountain View Baptist in Collinsville. We are moving our service down to the tent to support the meeting.

Evangelist Andy Seastrom is preaching nightly.

Last night, Sun, Aug. 30th, Pastor Payton Gilbert preached a 10 min Gospel message, and his choir sang and did a fantastic job. Evangelist Andy Seastrom preached a great message, and one lady trusted Christ as Savior.

Encouraging folks to attend the Tent Meeting tonight at 6 PM. Mon-Wed 7 PM. Monday night is Youth Night. We will be moving our Wed service down to the tent. Pastor Towler
