Our Mission Statement is, Planting, Growing and Reaping. Planting seeds of faith, to grow the Kingdom of God in order to reap a heavenly harvest. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. So our language must be that of faith and encouragement. Not the dump of despair. What do people expect when they see you? What image, what legacy are you leaving? What seeds are you sowing to grow the Kingdom of God? How big are your dreams? If you know God you are the Salt and Light this world needs. Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.

He is my Strength!

2 Samuel 22:33-34 NKJV
God is my strength and power, And He makes my way perfect. [34] He makes my feet like the feet of deer, And sets me on my high places.
Did you read that verse? Read it again? We allow the noise in our minds to keep us from the destiny God has for us. We allow that which we cannot even see and touch to hinder where the Lord wants to take us. It doesn't matter how old or young you are. It doesn’t matter what title you have in life. What matters is where are you right now? I say that because we cut our own selves short many times, because of our thoughts. Who told you, you weren’t good enough? Who told you, you would never make it? Who told you, you were less than? People say those things to others usually because they, whoever that is, doesn’t want you to surpass them. Their pride is their ruler, their god and their guide. They are misled. Keep a humbleness about you and note, that is not weakness, that is strength. Nowhere in the word will you find God rewarding the spirit of pride. However, you will find that God does reward a humble spirit. He will take you to high places, He will give you strength and make your way perfect. Honor God with your life, not the ways and traditions of men.

By humility and the fear of the LORD Are riches and honor and life.

Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

You empower the team by providing clear guidelines empowering them in toles to work independently and collaboratively, and with targeted and focused communication you could compel and influence impacted and wider stakeholder groups to walk the journey with you and to gain their own going support.

They will connect and as for your team, they will feel part of the journey the vision and wirk hard to achieve the envisaged vision.
