Sunday, we continued our series (1 John) and considered levels of Christian fellowship that we should inspire to be a part of:

Acquaintance: We worship together. The emphasis here is consistent attendance at church and hospitality.

Friends: We learn and serve together. This happens in groups, classes and serving on a team.

Fellowship: We eat together. We invite others to share a meal in our homes or out. We pray together for encouragement and our personal ministry.

Intimacy: We share our deepest burdens, intercede for each other regularly and even our resources as there is need. This is the rarest, but perhaps most essential kind of relationship that is rooted in Christ.

We're just a couple of days away from the start of our Summer Bible Studies! We're inviting Dads with Teen/College Sons + Men and Moms with Teen/College Daughters + Women to study Colossians. Men will meet upstairs and the women will take over the lower level. Starts this Tuesday at 7pm.
