Connecting Hope is a Christian non-profit network of local churches who seek to provide HOPE, help, and support to Central Vermonters who lack the support and resources required to meet their basic daily needs. We do this by providing goods and assistance, where possible, to help stabilize families in need and by working with families to help them become b

etter prepared to meet their own needs, creating a brighter future. Some of this assistance is provided by individual congregants, some by existing church ministries, and still other types of assistance are provided by networking with local community organizations to build a team of support for folks who may have started with little or none. Together, we can give new life to our community.
