**Call to Action: Support Needed at Barnstable Superior Court for Victim of Racial Incident at Goose Pond**
CAPE COD, MA – Following the allegedly racially-motivated incident at Goose Pond where a 14-year-old white teenager allegedly attempted to drown a Black boy. During the attempted murder, the Black victim stated that another child laughed and called him "George Floyd" as the juvenile charged repeatedly dunked him into the water. The NAACP Cape Cod Branch is calling on all allies, supporters, and community members to rally in support of the victim.
The juvenile involved is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow at 2 pm in Barnstable Superior Court.
