We have had a wonderful break in December, and our Christmas was truly blessed, but I am so ready to return to Bible Study tonight. We are going to detour slightly and include some other themes in our study of the Psalms. Tonight we start a unit on hope; hope in times of difficulty, hope in our faith, our families and in our future. Ultimately, how can we comfort one another in Christ? Come join us tonight at 6:30 at Mill Creek Baptist Church. It’s never too late to start a Bible study group, and all are welcome!

Good Morning, friends! I have been battling a cold for a few days, and the cold is winning😩I will not be having Bible study tonight, and since next Sunday is Mothers Day, we do not have it then either. I love you all! Have a blessed week.

I loved our Bible study tonight! So many times we forget that God's Word is our only weapon in fighting the temptations to fail. What a glorious moment when we call on Jesus to fight with us and for us. I look at the characters in the Bible that show us story after story where God shows his glory on our behalf. Now we just have to remember that we are no less precious to Him than Abraham, Sarah, Joseph and the list of others.
John 10:29 tells us that no one can sn**ch us from His hand. Our hearts are that important to Him!

Come join us tonight in Bible study at 6:30. We have a great lesson tonight on letting go of the past and moving forward into the new year. How are you applying Gods forgiveness in your own life and to yourself? God wants us to take up His yoke, but we cannot if we are heavy with our own. Join us for a dynamic discussion of what the life, death and resurrection really means in our own lives.

This Sunday in Bible study, we will have a pot luck dinner. I will bring a crock pot with chili. I will also bring disposable cutlery, bowls and cups. Let me know what you will bring.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! This is just a reminder that last week we decided to cancel our class for tomorrow night in order to allow time for travel and family celebrations. We will back on schedule next Sunday,

We are starting our new class on Sunday, October 9th. We will meet Sunday's at 6:30. We will be doing song studies and working our way through the Book of Matthew. I am so excited about this study! For those of you who went through the last one, this will be similar, but November and December, we will focus on Christmas songs. You can sign up at church or just message me, so I can get a binder ready for you.

Bible study gets back on track tonight. For all my class participants, we will still be studying the parables of Jesus in the book of Matthew. I have missed you all, and I am excited about getting back in the swing of things.

We had a great study tonight on the parable of the lost sheep. We often forget what it feels like to be lost, alone and afraid. I pray that my eyes will remain open to the needs of others.
