Our second event in October is a ServiceSaturday; a chance to give back to the church and the community!

On Saturday, October 23rd, we’ll be offering free childcare for several hours in the evening. Why? Because every parent needs a break!

Be sure to keep that Saturday clear so that we can serve God by serving others!

We got a LOT of AWESOME events coming up in Shelter! This week, we’ll be sharing everything happening in October and November (besides Discipleship Groups on Sunday and Shelter on Wednesday 😉)

On October 17th, we’re having a SundayFunday Fall Fest! We’re talking CORN MAZE, DINNER, SPOOKY GAMES/PRIZES, and PUMPKIN CARVING! Cost is $25! As always, scholarships are available.

Tune in tomorrow afternoon for our next event in October— a chance to serve others (and earn some community service as well!)

Let’s talk tomorrow mission trip!

Not sure you can stay all three days? Not sure you can spend the night? No problem! Come anyway!

For the next three days, we’ll be cleaning, painting, and rebuilding our church! No matter how involved you can be, we want you to come!!!

We’re starting tomorrow at 8am! Hope to see ya there 😉

Bad news about tonight 😞

The rain does not look like it’s going to abate today: in fact, the forecast has it getting even worse and worse this evening. We explored some ideas about what to do this evening but with the rain pouring outside and the church absolutely filthy inside, we don’t have a bunch of options. Therefore, we have decided to postpone the cookout for later this summer and will not be having youth tonight. Usually, we would have just relocated inside, but we’ve reached the final stretch of floor work this week and we’re having to keep things pretty contained.

We have a jam-packed summer ahead of us so we will have PLENTY of time as a youth group together moving forward! I am sorry to postpone this evening but we will definitely be doing something cool soon 😎
