Let Us Pass Over To The Other Side!
"And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?" (Mark 4:38)

Please read Mark 4:35-41. Jesus had just taught by the sea side, many parables recorded in Mark 4, then we come to the evening and He tells them, "Let us pass over unto the other side" and He went in the rear end of the ship and fell asleep. In the scripture it says there were other little ships.

A storm arises and all are frightened they would perish yet our Lord is sleeping on. Praise God "nothing" shakes our Lord, nothing gets Him upset for He created all things even the wind that blows and the earth and all in it. Jesus is that "Solid Rock" and He is the One to run to when a storm arises just as those on the ship did. Looking at this story we must remember that Jesus is God in the flesh, He is God, Jesus knew when they loaded in to that ship and the other ships that storm was coming, for He is God.

We must remember what He said to them when they started loading, "Let us pass over unto the other side." Let's take this story to you and I, storms rage in our lives, we are in the "Ark of Safety, Christ Jesus" the wind of life's sea blows with terrible forces at times, the raging sea waves about tip the boat of life, but we are safe within His care. We must remember Christian, this life is no bed of roses, storms will and do come, we find ourselves in valleys of life, either in one, getting ready to come out of one or going into another one, but, "we're passing to the other side one glorious day."

We'll battle and contend in our walk of faith and one day we'll safely arrive in glory. Amen.

To all my family and friends, I wish you a blessed, safe, uplifting, and wonderful day. Jesus loves you, and His return is imminent. Continue to trust in Him and focus on His guidance rather than human perspectives. I encourage you to pray for one another, including our prayer lists, pastors, missionaries, churches, military personnel, police officers, and those struggling with addiction. Let's also pray for our nation, its leaders, and Israel. May God's will be done in each of our lives. Specifically, please pray for our pastors, including myself, as well as Katie, Roger Barnette, Montijo, Joseph Hicks, President Trump, all our veterans, Pat Fortner, Brother Montis, Destaphine, Carmen D. Rowe, Ira Rowe, our daughter Kim, Lucy Ray, Johnathan Jackson, Jory, Hope, Brother Ed, Luke, Bennett T., Pam Boyd, Janet Lee Baldwin, Caleb, Brother Jeff G., Kathy B., Brother John B.'s recovery, baby Macie, Marsha Newell, Crissy Slater, Keevin Hurley's healing, Ira Rowe, Brother Montis's healing, Wilma Semone's surgery, Pastor Paul Rife Epedural shot June 5, our granddaughter Melody's knee surgery recovery, Pastor Clyde W., David Semone's knee replacement recovery, and Brenda Cole.

Additionally, let's pray for our church members who may be feeling discouraged. May God revive the hearts of His people to see others saved and rededicate their lives to Him. LORD, ONLY “YOU” CAN REACH “THEM.”

Earth's Wisdom That Man Follows!
"This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work." (James 4:15-16)

We need the "Wisdom" from above, God tells us where to get it from in (James 4:17-18), "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace." What our Nation needs is to follow the Word of God, but wickedness abounds it seems everywhere, but God will get the "VICTORY."

WE MUST:
"Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God."
(Hebrews 12:2)
Seek True Peace-----That Wisdom is JESUS!!!
